Surface Treatment/
water-based rust fixing primer is a reactive rust changing varnish composed of water-based structural emulsion, nano functional material, rust changing agent and modifer. The active component can form stable chelate with the fixed rust layer through chemical reaction, and become the rust preventing component of the paint film. Suitable for steel structure painting, plant equipment, color steel tile renovation, steel bars, keel and other hard to grind rust removal workpiece painting.

Coating Ingredient /
About 6 square /kg when the rust thickness is about 40microns; About 4 square /kg when the rust thickness is about 60microns. Single-component water-based coating products, in the construction process,according to the viscosity of the coating product, a small amount of clean water can be appropriately added, the amount of clean water is 0-5%(weight ratio), and it can be stirred evenly.
