Construction Process/
1)Remove oil, floating rust, old paint skin and other dirt from the surface of the substrate before painting to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry.
2)Grinding wheel to remove the welding tumor, spatter, and the hardened layer of the firework correction parts on the surface of the workpiece. All free edge sharp corners after gas cutting, shearing or machining should be sanded to R2.
3) Sandblast to Sa2.5, hot-dip galvanizing repair hand and power tool grinding to St3, sandblasted within 6 hours of construction.
4) Recommended high-pressure airless spraying, in order to obtain a uniform and good coating film.
5) Maintain good ventilation during construction. Construction is not recommended when the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃ or the humidity is higher than 85%.
