Scope Of Application /
It is suitable for anti-corrosion coating of all kinds of oil storage tank outer surface, oil pipeline pipeline, device, equipment, steel structure and cast iron in certain corrosive environment, especially for heavy anti-corrosion top paint.
Surface Treatment /
Before surface treatment, the coated surface should be pre-inspected, and the surface to be coated should be smooth and smooth, without leakage. The dust level should meet the requirements of level 2 or above in the current national standard GB/T18570.3.
Coating Ingredient /
Two-component water-based coating products, should be in strict accordance with the main paint/curing agent ratio provided for the allocation, the two components stir evenly after curing for about 30 minutes, with the use, the prepared paint to be used up within 4h, the coating gelatinized shall not be used. During the construction process, a small amount of clean water can be appropriately added according to the viscosity of the paint product, and the amount of clean water added is 0-5%(weight ratio).
