Surface Treatment/
Before surface treatment, the coated surface should be pre-inspected to remove harmful substances such as salt, grease, chemicals and other pollutants remaining on the surface to be coated. The surface rust prevention grade Sa2.5 or above after spray treatment, and the local steel surface treated by hand or power tools should meet the requirements of St3. After metal surface treatment, it is appropriate to apply primer within 4h, and when rust or contamination is found, the surface treatment should be re-performed.
Coating Ingredient/
Single-component water-based coating products, in the construction process,according to the viscosity of the coating product, a small amount of clean water can be appropriately added, the amount of clean water is 0~5% (weight ratio), after mixing evenly.
